Dr. Jerry Smith offers affordable orthodontics in Canton, GA. We try very hard to keep our fees at an affordable level. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as offer flexible payment options to help make your treatment more affordable. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We also offer a 5% discount to the second member of the family to have treatment or if the balance is paid within 30 days of the braces being placed.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Please contact your insurance company prior to consultation for orthodontic benefits and maximums. Our office will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms for treatment. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
