Dr. Jerry Smith offers affordable orthodontics in the Canton and Marietta, GA areas. We try very hard to keep our fees at an affordable level. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Don't forget: Orthodontic treatment is an eligible expense on Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Please contact your insurance company prior to consultation for orthodontic benefits and maximums. We do accept FSA and HSA. Our office will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms for treatment.
