"I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Smiths Smiles Orthodontics! I am normally a patient at a Smile Doctors location in Tampa, but I was set to travel when my wire came loose around 8pm the night before the start of the trip.With my regular office being closed and no time to see them before leaving, I called Smiths Smiles Orthodontics and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I wasn’t a regular patient at their office, they listened to my situation and got me taken care of that same day.Natasha at the front desk was so wonderful to talk to, the orthodontic assistant was kind and attentive, and Dr. Smith was equally friendly and attentive. Everyone made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for.Thanks to them, I was able to get back on the road without a loose wire poking my cheek for the rest of the weeklong trip! What could have been a very stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of how caring and accommodating the Smith Smile team was.Thank you to the entire Smiths Smiles team, for going above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Interviewed a couple of practices and Smith Smile Orthodontics was the obvious choice. Price can't be beat, and I've never felt that we were giving up service or quality of care. "I can not say enough great things about everyone that works at Smith Smile Orthodontics. Everyone is so friendly and always in the greatest mood!! They know us by name every time we walk in the door. They make my daughter feel like she is the most important patient there (which makes her excited to go every month). The afternoon that she had her braces put on, Dr. Jerry called personally to check on her and make sure was feeling okay. Stephanie and Alex are amazing!!!
