"Been a great experience w Smile Smile Ortho thus far. My child has braces w an expander. Everyone has been very nice & appointments have been efficient. A big plus is that they accept our dental insurance bc many dentists & orthodontists do not accept any insurance plans so it’s nice to have options. Each time, Dr. Smith has personally called to check on them within their first 24 hours of being in braces and make sure they are adjusting ok.When my older daughter had a wire slip and start poking her, we called and Dr. Smith and he met us at the office to fix it, even though the office was closed. She was leaving for summer camp early the next morning, so it couldn't wait until regular business hours.This team is the best- always so friendly, making each of my children feel like they are so special. They are thorough in their instructions and care. I recommend Dr. Smith to everyone!"

"Fantastic! First, i was warmly greeted by the wonderful Smith staff, including Stephanie, who took the time to understand what I desired with my smile. Then Nora took detailed digital pictures with the latest high tech dental wand for Invisalign (no more gooey impressions like we did years ago!) In addition, (shout out to Nora), she also detected a little tartar build up and was so kind to clean that complimentary—-tooth surface feels much smoother. Thank you! And finally, Dr. Smith is making it all happen because he has the vision, expertise, and specialized orthodontic experience to help close the tiny gaps between my teeth post braces 40 years ago. Dr. Jerry came to the office on a Saturday morning for an emergency with my daughter after she molded a mouth guard to her braces for protection while playing ball and ended up molding it so well he had to remove it instead of us! Any doctor to be available on a Saturday Morning is an amazing one!"
"Wow! We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to spend the last 18 months with. Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff did an amazing job on our daughters teeth. Dr. Smith always took the time to make sure that we understood his plan of action and clearly explained the process that she was going through. Because he and his staff are so caring, they made and exception, and tied what would normally take 4 appointments into 1 appointment so that she could have her braces off for prom! They always go above and beyond the call of duty!"
